A chef extraordinaire with almost 2 decades of experience, Chef Rishi Manucha was entrusted with the coveted position of Executive Chef for the iconic Food & Beverage outlets of Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Goa in June 2018.
Chef Manucha began his career with the Taj Hotels in 2002 at Taj Residency, Lucknow. After a few professional stints across the key metros of New Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore, he honed the position of Sous Chef for the award winning Vietnamese restaurant – Blue Ginger at Taj West End, Bangalore. In 2014 his hard work and dedication helped him secure the role of Executive Sous Chef for the iconic hotel.
Prior to taking on the responsibility of Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, he was the Executive Chef of Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. Over the years, Chef Manucha has honed his culinary skills and possess extensive experience in creating recipes, crafting new menus and handling preparation of elaborate meals.
An honors graduate from the Educational Institute of AHMA, USA, his passion to constantly learn and explore the craft has been instrumental in making him a recognized name in the industry.
