Luo is a professional Chinese dim sum chef and is known for his finesse in cooking up the best of dim sums and dumplings, besides his expertise in Cantonese cuisine at large. Cooking has been integral part of Luo’s life and during vacations he loves to experience local food, is passionate about new ingredients and adding value to his culinary creations.
