Crispy Tofu Hunan Style

- Boil tofu cubes in hot water, strain and then mix salt and potato starch
- Now deep fry the tofu till crisp
- In a wok put some vegetable oil then add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped celery, red pepper brunoise, green pepper brunoise, chilli flakes and black beans
- Stir fried nicely then add fried tofu, add salt, veg broth powder, batons of spring onions, sesame oil and chilli oil
- Stir fry everything together, check for seasoning and serve hot
