Our signature pure vegetarian restaurant revives the forgotten cuisines of Rajasthan, from the royal classics of the Mewar dynasty to the sacrosanct and soulful flavours of temple cuisine, presented in an elegant space that is in sync with the global movement towards delicious, healthy and fresh, locally sourced food. The restaurant has a dedicated kitchen with stringent measures to keep the cuisine strictly vegetarian. Our chefs are keen to accommodate vegan and no-garlic - onion requests from guests.
