Sala da Pranzo is our Italian inspired All Day Dining Restaurant with varied offering of world cuisine, with Italian dominance.

During the day, the cuisine selection takes you through a journey across the world. This consists of comfort food, Taj autograph dishes and a taste of local flavor. After dusk, the experience migrates to a culinary journey through the various Italian provinces ranging from strengths of Milan, Veneto & Sicily region of Italy. They have a pre- dominant influence of home grown organic ingredients famous for its pizzas, pastas, spicy and rich sauces.

The interactive anti Pasti and Dolce cooking stations not only provides an interesting dining experience but it gives our guests the opportunity of imbibing a skill or two from our master chefs.

The ambience and atmosphere captures a mix of contemporary and homely vibrancy of the space consisting of show kitchens, wood fired oven and an organic bar. Authenticity of Ingredients, free flowing service and a choice between indoors, private dining areas, alfresco dinning complements the charm.
