A classic French menu specially revived to celebrate 150 years of the House of Tata
The Chambers is bringing back one of the first known classic menus of the Taj served at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai in th early 1900s. It is inspired by the culimary techniques pioneered by the late great Auguste Escoffier, who established the kitchens at The Pierre - a Taj Hotel, New York, which rose to iconic renown for the quality of its fine dining.
This contemporary revival retains the essence of degustation yet is presented with a modern sensibility.
