Whole Wheat Burritos With Slow Cooked Barly & Pimentoes

  • Make dough out of whole wheat flour and keep for resting, at least for 2 hour.
  • Heat and pan add Olive oil, chopped onion and add barley, pimentos and stir it with adjusting proper seasoning as per your requirement.
  • Roll the thin sheet of whole wheat dough and sear it on the hot plate.
  • Place the whole wheat sheet on the flat tray and arrange the mixture of barley & pimentos.
  • Roll it and wrap it with the butter paper.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Garnish it with Parsley spring.


  • Whole wheat Flour - 120gm
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - ½ tbsp.
  • Onion - ½ tbsp.
  • Parsley - ½ tbsp.
  • Barley - 30gm
  • Yellow bell pepper - 5gm
  • Red bell pepper - 5gm
