- Add all ingredients together in table top mixer and whisk on slow speed for about 2-3 minutes and then on medium speed for 7-8 minutes.
- Refrigerate the mix for 3-4 hours. On a pre heated greased waffle machine add appropriate quantity and bake till golden brown crust is achieved (2-3 minutes).
- Serve hot with maple syrup/ chocolate sauce and melted butter.
