Steamed Red Snapper

- Cut, clean and fillet snapper into even portions.
- Marinate the fish with lemon, lemongrass, fish sauce and chilli.
- To steam, take a desired bowl, place two stalks of lemongrass. Place the fish onto the lemongrass.
- Steam at 150c for 8 minutes.
- To serve, place the fish onto the plate, dress with coriander and sliced lemon and drizzle the drippings onto the fish.

- Red snapper - 200 gm
- Lemongrass - 50 gm
- Lemon juice - 50 ml
- Fish sauce - 50 gm
- Chilli - 20 gm
- Coriander - 50 ml
- Water - 50 ml
