Steamed Red Snapper

  • Cut, clean and fillet snapper into even portions.
  • Marinate the fish with lemon, lemongrass, fish sauce and chilli.
  • To steam, take a desired bowl, place two stalks of lemongrass. Place the fish  onto the lemongrass.
  • Steam at 150c for 8 minutes.
  • To serve, place the fish onto the plate, dress with coriander and sliced lemon and drizzle the drippings onto the fish.

  • Red snapper - 200 gm
  • Lemongrass - 50 gm
  • Lemon juice - 50 ml
  • Fish sauce - 50 gm
  • Chilli - 20 gm
  • Coriander - 50 ml
  • Water - 50 ml
