- Clean the squid rings and Shrimps.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and add salt. Boil the shrimps and calamari till cooked.
- Cool the Calamari and shrimps and pat dry to drin excess water.
- In a bowl mix all the above ingredients and mix well.
- Sqeeze in a lime and adjuct the sasoning
- Garnish with some pickled onion, Nylon sev and Crispy broad beans.
