  • Clean the squid rings and Shrimps.
  • Bring a pot of water to boil and add salt. Boil the shrimps and calamari till cooked.
  • Cool the Calamari and shrimps and pat dry to drin excess water.
  • In a bowl mix all the above ingredients and mix well.
  • Sqeeze in a lime and adjuct the sasoning
  • Garnish with some pickled onion, Nylon sev and Crispy broad beans.

Ingredients:

  • 75 Gms Shrimps
  • 75 gms of Calamari Rings
  • 50 gms Cherry Tomatoes- Halved
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 english Cucumber – Diced
  • 1 nos- Chilli – chopped
  • Aragula – 25 gms
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tsp Raw Mango Relish
  • 2 tbsp – Saunth Chutney
  • 1tbsp – Mint Chutney
  • 1 tsp -Cumin Powder
  • Broad Beans- (tong garden)- 2 tbsp
  • Pickled Onion – few
  • Corinader – Chopped – 1 sprig
  • 1 tsp – Chat Masala
  • Nylon Sev – to garnish
  • 1 no lime – for the Zing !!!
  • Salt – to season
