Preparation:

  • Take a mutton curry, cut and marinate with red chilli, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  • Then take a lagan put ghee garam masala, add sliced onion cook it until brown, add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add marinated mutton cook it 30-40 minutes.
  • As soon as mutton becomes tender put red chilli, coriander, garam masala, dry ginger powder, curd and tomato puree.
  • Finish with souf powder and then serve.

  • Black Cardamom - 0.015 Kg
  • Bay Leaf - 0.1 Kg
  • Cinnamon Stick - 0.01 Kg
  • Black Pepper - 0.01 Kg
  • Mace - 0.01 Kg
  • Ginger - 0.04 Kg
  • Garlic - 0.04 Kg
  • Salt - 0.02 Kg
  • Kashmiri Chilli - 0.02 Kg
  • Coriander Powder - 0.04 Kg
  • Garam Masala - 0.02 Kg
  • Green Saunf - 0.02 Kg
  • Dry Ginger - 0.04 Kg
  • Ghee - 0.08 Kg
  • Yoghurt - 0.3 Kg
  • Tomato Puree - 0.15 Kg
