- Soak all ingredients for 6 hours.
- Then make a paste and keep it for fermentation.
- Pour over the hot plate in a round pancake shape.
- Add some onion, coriander, tomato, chilli to it and flip it upside down.
- Cook it for a while and serve it hot with sambar and chutney.
- Ragi - 100gm
- Urad Dal - 50 gm
- Chana Dal - 10 gm
- Methi Seed - 2 gm

- Tomato - 10 gm
- Green Chilli - 5gm
- Onion - 15 gm
