Radish Leaves Dip

  • Grind radish leaves, garlic, salt, Dijon mustard and lemon juice until smooth
  • Add Extra Virgin Olive oil to the dip

Health Tip: Radish leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. Served with Garlic bread, Crostini and Nachos

  • Chopped radish leaves - 1 cup
  • Garlic Cloves - 7 to 8 pods
  • Salt - 1/2 tsps
  • Dijon Mustard - 1/2 tsps
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsps
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 4 tsps
