Mango Saffron Yogurt Parfait

  • Take thickened yoghurt and heavy cream in a bowl, mix well with a whisk until it becomes smooth
  • Add mango puree to the yoghurt mixture until it gets creamy texture
  • Take a glass and make alternative layer of cream mixture and cubes of mango
  • Garnish with saffron strands and served cold

  • Thickened Plain Yogurt - 900 gms
  • Heavy Cream - 100 gms
  • Fresh Ripe Mango Puree - 400 gms 
  • Fresh Mango Cubes - 200 gms 
  • Saffron - 1/2
