Mango Saffron Yogurt Parfait

- Take thickened yoghurt and heavy cream in a bowl, mix well with a whisk until it becomes smooth
- Add mango puree to the yoghurt mixture until it gets creamy texture
- Take a glass and make alternative layer of cream mixture and cubes of mango
- Garnish with saffron strands and served cold
