  • Make a batter with flour, milk and sugar.
  • Heat ghee and pour the batter into the prepared ramekins and fry it.
  • Take out from ghee cool it and soak in sugar syrup.
  • Apply thick rabdi on top.Serve with hot laapsi.

Ingredients:

  • Refined flour - 500gm
  • Clarified butter - 1000gm
  • Milk - 500ml
  • Sugar - 250gm

      Rabdi

  • Milk - 100ml
  • Sugar - 30gm
  • Saffron - 0.5gm
  • Cardamom - 0.5gm
