Malabari Crab

Preparation
- Clean and dry crab on kitchen paper.
- In a mixing bowl add rice flour, refined flour and corn flour.
- Add salt crushed fried curry leaves, oil, crushed pepper, chopped ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder.
- Add red chili, garam masala and turmeric powders.
- Add little water and make a thick batter.
- Coat the crab in the batter.
- Put crab in a hot oil (180C) and deep fry it for 3-4 min.
- Remove in a bowl add ginger julienne and pickled mayonnaise.
- Toss nicely.
- Garnish it with grated coconut and fresh herbs.
