Clean and dry crab on kitchen paper.
In a mixing bowl add rice flour, refined flour and corn flour.
Add salt crushed fried curry leaves, oil, crushed pepper, chopped ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder.
Add red chili, garam masala and turmeric powders.
Add little water and make a thick batter.
Coat the crab in the batter.
Put crab in a hot oil (180C) and deep fry it for 3-4 min.
Remove in a bowl add ginger julienne and pickled mayonnaise.
Garnish it with grated coconut and fresh herbs.
