Lobster Salt And Pepper

- Cut the lobster flesh into chunks, marinate with egg, seasoning and cornflour.
- Then dust with cornflour and crispy fry it.
- Heat the wok add a dash of oil, garlic, red chilli, chopped onion and spring onion,sauté everything.
- Add the crispy lobster chunk, add sesame oil and cooking wine, check the seasoning.
- Serve it hot in a fried lobster shell.
