Lobster Salt And Pepper

  • Cut the lobster flesh into chunks, marinate with egg, seasoning and cornflour.
  • Then dust with cornflour and crispy fry it.
  • Heat the wok add a dash of oil, garlic, red chilli, chopped onion and spring onion,sauté everything. 
  • Add the crispy lobster chunk, add sesame oil and cooking wine, check the seasoning. 
  • Serve it hot in a fried lobster shell.

Ingredients:

  • Lobster chunks - 180 gm
  • Corn flour - 20 gm
  • Salt - 2 gm
  • Sugar - 3 gm
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Aromat powder - 2 gm  
  • Fresh red chill - 10 gm
  • Garlic - 10 gm
  • Onion - 15 gm
  • Spring onion - 5 gm
  • Oil - 25 ml                 
  • Cooking wine - 3 ml
  • Sesame oil - 2 ml
  • Lobster Shell - For garnish
