  • Lightly crush garlic, bird eye chili, peanuts and long beans in a mortar.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes and lightly mix.
  • Add light soya sauce, lemon juice and palm sugar and toss the mixture.
  • Add in the raw papaya and toss till papaya is properly coated in the dressing.
  • Finish with coriander sprig.

Ingredients:

  • Raw Papaya (peeled) - 150 gms
  • Long beans - 15 gms
  • Cherry tomato - 15 gms
  • Garlic - 5 gms
  • Bird eye chilli - 5 gms
  • Light soya sauce - 30 ml
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Roasted peanut - 50 gms
  • Palm sugar - 30 ml
  • Coriander sprig - 5 gms
