- Lightly crush garlic, bird eye chili, peanuts and long beans in a mortar.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and lightly mix.
- Add light soya sauce, lemon juice and palm sugar and toss the mixture.
- Add in the raw papaya and toss till papaya is properly coated in the dressing.
- Finish with coriander sprig.
