Grilled Lobster

Preparation:
- Clean Lobster thoroughly under cold running water.
- Put it in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
- Take out from water and keep aside to cool it down. Once it's cold split it from the bottom and marinate it with lemon, garlic, pepper, salt and mustard.
- Grill it with some oil and little butter to give it some extra flavour.
- On another side, in a pan cook some garlic, shallots and cream to make lemon butter sauce.(Add wine first and then add lemon juice to it in the end)
- Serve it hot with mashed potato and butter tossed Asparagus.
- Garnish with chopped pasrley.
