Grilled Beef Tenderloin Salad

  • Season beef tenderloin with salt, pepper and oyster sauce.
  • Pan sear the marinated beef on a hot plate to the doneness of your choice. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chopped garlic and chopped chilli for dressing.
  • In a salad mixing bowl, add lettuce, celery, mint leaves, cherry tomato and cucumber.
  • Combine the vegetables with half of the dressing, place in a serving bowl.
  • Then take the beef and slice, place that onto the salad vegetables and top with some dressing to finish.

  • Beef tenderloin - 150 gm
  • Salt - 5 gm
  • Pepper - 5 gm
  • Oyster sauce - 5 gm
  • Thai red chilli - 10 gm
  • Garlic - 10 gm
  • Cucumber - 5 gm
  • Cherry tomato - 10 gm
  • Lettuce - 10 gm
  • Celery - 10 gm
  • Mint leaves - 5 gm
  • Fish sauce - 50 ml
  • Lime juice - 50 ml
  • Sugar - 10 gm
