Grilled Beef Tenderloin Salad

- Season beef tenderloin with salt, pepper and oyster sauce.
- Pan sear the marinated beef on a hot plate to the doneness of your choice. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chopped garlic and chopped chilli for dressing.
- In a salad mixing bowl, add lettuce, celery, mint leaves, cherry tomato and cucumber.
- Combine the vegetables with half of the dressing, place in a serving bowl.
- Then take the beef and slice, place that onto the salad vegetables and top with some dressing to finish.

- Beef tenderloin - 150 gm
- Salt - 5 gm
- Pepper - 5 gm
- Oyster sauce - 5 gm
- Thai red chilli - 10 gm
- Garlic - 10 gm
- Cucumber - 5 gm
- Cherry tomato - 10 gm
- Lettuce - 10 gm
- Celery - 10 gm
- Mint leaves - 5 gm
- Fish sauce - 50 ml
- Lime juice - 50 ml
- Sugar - 10 gm
