Fresh Coconut and Bread

  • Take a baking dish place the bread in mold with even layer and set aside
  • Heat up the milk
  • Mix the jaggery, eggs and vanilla essence and pour in warm milk slowly
  • Pour the mixture in bread mold and alternatively add grated coconut
  • Bake at 150 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes
  • Drizzle with honey and served hot

Health Tip: Coconut is effective as a primer to soften the skin

Ingredients:

  • Small loaf bread or leftovers bread (cut in cubes) - 1
  • Large Eggs - 3 nos 
  • Jaggery - 100 gms 
  • Whole Milk - 500 ml
  • Grated Coconut - 100 gms 
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp 
  • Honey - 50 gms
