Fresh Coconut and Bread

- Take a baking dish place the bread in mold with even layer and set aside
- Heat up the milk
- Mix the jaggery, eggs and vanilla essence and pour in warm milk slowly
- Pour the mixture in bread mold and alternatively add grated coconut
- Bake at 150 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes
- Drizzle with honey and served hot
Health Tip: Coconut is effective as a primer to soften the skin
