Crispy Tiger Prawn With Chilli Butter Garlic

- Clean the tiger prawns, make it flat and dust with corn flour and crispy fry the prawn
- Heat the wok add butter melt it, add garlic paste, chili powder and sauté well
- Add prawn along with mentioned seasoning.
- Give a gentle toss to get the prawn coated with the sauce
- Serve hot & crispy
