Crispy Tiger Prawn With Chilli Butter Garlic

  • Clean the tiger prawns, make it flat and dust with corn flour and crispy fry the prawn
  • Heat the wok add butter melt it, add garlic paste, chili powder and sauté well
  • Add prawn along with mentioned seasoning.
  • Give a gentle toss to get the prawn coated with the sauce
  • Serve hot & crispy

Ingredients:

  • Tiger prawns - 240 gm
  • Oil - 20 gm
  • Salt - 2 gm
  • Sugar - 3 gm
  • Butter - 10 gm
  • MSG - 2 gm   
  • Garlic paste - 5 gm
  • Corn flour - 10 gm
  • Cooking wine - 3 ml
  • Red chilli powder - 3 gm
  • Sichuan pepper - 2 gm 
  • Cooking wine - 2 ml
