Taj Kumarakom’s dining experiences are as unique as the resorts history as a colonial estate converted into hotel.
It has an outdoor bistro dining which is where the breakfast takes place and also open for lunch and dinner It’s called the Vembenad Bistro.
The bungalow’s old dining area is the second outlet called the Currymeen Dining Room.
While the first one is more open to nature and relaxed, the second is a more formal enclosed dining space.
Apart from this, we have a very special private dining rooms for special meals on occasions for groups upto 8 people. It comes with its own wine rack.
Our cuisine is also location and culture influenced.
There is an elaborate comfort food or multi-cuisine menu as well as something based on the farm and backwater based cuisine. Both these menus are available at both the outlets. We also have a lounge area which served wine and beer though the same can be ordered anywhere across the outlets or in room service or poolside.
